Clint Hill
Managing Director
Clint is the driving force behind Bullitt Fabrications. With a passion for building things out of steel, Clint has earned the nickname “The Wolf” for his ability to solve even the most complex fabrication challenges.
In 2017, Clint founded Bullitt Fabrications with a vision to revolutionise the custom fabrication and engineering landscape. He recognised a common frustration among customers dealing with engineering companies – the end product often fell short of expectations, in terms of quality, timeframes and price.
Clint’s goal was clear: to provide a fabrication service where customers would receive precisely what they asked for, delivered at a fair and reasonable price.
With 25 years of experience in the engineering field, Clint has a deep understanding of the engineering industry, always staying ahead of the curve in terms of technology, techniques, and best practices.

Craig Treanor
Operations Manager
Craig is the engine behind Bullitt’s operations. With over 30 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing, he brings a seriously sharp, solutions-focused mindset to everything we do.
From structural builds to seismic upgrades, Craig’s been hands-on with some of NZ’s biggest projects, and we’re lucky to have him leading the charge.
At Bullitt, Craig works closely with Clint to keep everything humming—from operations and project delivery to team support and quality standards.
But what really makes Craig a great fit? He values what we value: no egos, no BS—just good people doing great work.

Regan Jones
Workshop Supervisor
Regan plays a pivotal role in overseeing the workshop operations and ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and efficiency at Bullitt. Regan uses his keen eye for detail to ensure that all projects meet and exceed customer expectations.
Regan’s commitment to delivering outstanding results for customers has earned him the respect of Bullitt’s customers and team members alike. With his hands-on approach, Regan leads the workshop team by example. He fosters a collaborative and productive work environment, where innovation and continuous improvement are encouraged.
Regan’s dedication to Health and Safety and maintaining a well-organised workshop is evident in the quality workmanship that Bullitt consistently delivers.

Denise Mackle
Office Manager
Denise brings a wealth of experience and a whole lot of heart to the role. Her career spans retail, hospitality, healthcare, government, and construction.
From jewellery counters and dairy farms to managing boutique hotels and leading administration for Methanex NZ and Work and Income – there’s not much she hasn’t seen or handled.
Since 2018, she’s focused on the construction industry, specialising in health and safety, HR, compliance, and ISO accreditation. One of her proudest achievements? Securing SiteWise Gold certification for Bullitt – a reflection of our team’s commitment to safety and quality.
At Bullitt, Denise is the quiet force behind the scenes – balancing the books, fine-tuning systems, and supporting the team with care, clarity and consistency.
She values the trust, transparency and mutual respect that defines life here at Bullitt.

Harry
PR Manager / Security
Harry joined the Bullitt Fabrications team in January 2026 and has been making his presence felt ever since.
As our PR Manager, he excels at building positive relationships and keeping spirits high, while in his role as Head of Security, he ensures all site activities are closely monitored.
Known for his reliability, dedication and excellent people skills, Harry consistently provides top-quality service across both positions and has become a valued member of the Bullitt team.
